Practice yoga and find your inner peace
I have been practising yoga for 20 years. Part of my training took place in Rishikesh (India), where I completed a yoga course in World Piece Yoga. In addition, I completed a year of yoga training with Yoga Boann. My main motivation for practising yoga has always been to manage my mental health. This is why, calming your mind is significant for me, when I do yoga classes.
Furthermore, I am a qualified sound therapist with a level 1 and level 2 completed training course in sound therapy. I finished this training in Poland, which is also where I am originally from. Moreover, I have finished a level 1 of gong therapy, which is a form of sound healing, perfect for relaxation, meditation, and stress reduction. Additionally, I have recently become a fully qualified breath work coach. Working with breath can improve a mental well-being, a physical health and in addition optimize performance both physically and mentally. My main goal when teaching yoga, guiding you through a breath work session or a sound bath meditation, is to make sure that you leave feeling much more in peace than before you came to me.
When it comes to children, I have been doing gymnastics classes for over 7 years now. I finished level 2 training with Gymnastic Ireland. In addition, I also worked in Childcare for 6 years, in 2010 I finished DIFE in Drogheda.
